This may need to involve the installation of new forms of lighting and replacing window dressings to let more light inside.
Declutter – spend time packing up personal items such as books, ornaments, artwork, clothing, excess furniture and accessories. Hire a storage unit or remove to your garage to keep the property clear.
Stage the outdoors too – an indoor-outdoor lifestyle is highly prised in Auckland. Demonstrate what your property can offer through strategic placements of outdoor furniture and lighting, and keeping doorways clear to the outdoors.
