Can I see your portfolio?
Every home staging company should provide you with an updated portfolio of properties they have staged. They should show you photos of properties they have staged which are like yours.
What are your home staging rates?
Most home stagers will offer a free estimate over the phone, or a quote once they have visited the property. This is likely to be for a set period of say five weeks. Should you need it for longer, then its likely you’ll be offered a weekly renewal fee.
Do you have insurance?
