Finer Home Staging: What to expect

So you have done your online research and are ready to go the next step. If you think you would like to find out a bit more about us and our Auckland wide home staging services you can book a time for me (Gaby) to meet you at your property. This doesn’t mean you are obliged to style your home with us. It is a great opportunity to meet me, have a chat about your plans, and how we can help.

At the onsite consultation I will have a chat with you about your situation and time frame for your marketing campaign as well as give you some tips about what you could do to enhance the appeal of your property. I will also take photos, measurements of any tricky areas as well notes. At this point I will go away and put together a quote for home staging.

If you choose to go ahead, you can rest assured that my mind immediately begins to start processing the best options for your home. I will use my photos and notes to determine the best colours, artworks and furniture styles for each space and will often play around with different combinations in a area we create to your measurements to formulate a home staging plan specifically for your property. Depending on the size and requirements we can easily spend at least 8 hours just in the planning of a project.

On installation day we take the morning to get packed then our delivery team transport the furniture to its destination. We love to have a empty house waiting for us that you can come back to at the end of the day totally transformed. Although I love the creative process of staging homes in Auckland, my favourite part of the project is seeing the response from clients when they come back to their newly staged homes. It makes all the hard work well worth the effort.

Once listed we are always just a email, text, or phone call away. If you want help we are more than happy to come and make sure it is looking its best for the next buyer appointment.

RECENT WORK

Thanks for helping us take some some of the stress out of selling out home. We were very happy with the staging and the end result.
